We are looking for 20 women who want to join our upcoming 6 week challenge @ HotBod Fitness!
You must dedicate 3X per week to fitness classes (45 min per class) - you can choose any classes on the schedule.
Diet is super important when it comes to getting results- you will also receive our nutritional e-book and must keep diet on track over the 4 weeks.
At HotBod Fitness, we want to help you achieve your fitness goals - we want to give you a personable atmosphere to hold you accountable and have fun while getting fit! Our challenges are an awesome way to be motivated to reach your goals and track your progress!
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE CHALLENGE?
- 18 CLASSES : 6 Weeks / 3 Classes per week
(CHOOSE FROM ANY OF OUR CLASSES)
- Eat Clean, Train Mean E-book
- 2 Fitness Assessments (one at the beginning of challenge and one at the end)
- Private Accountability Facebook group for all clients who enter the challenge
- FREE Kangoo Boot Rentals (reg. $5 per rental)

HOW TO ENTER:
- Goto: HotBod Fitness ONLINE & create a username and password. (or login to your current account)
- Click on retail & purchase the SUMMER BODY BLAST CHALLENGE!
- Attend the initial fitness assessment event on SATURDAY MAY 27th between 1PM-2PM - location 11 King Street Barrie, UNIT 12
(If you cannot attend the initial assessment, you can still book a personal appointment by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org - this is an extra charge of $10+tax for members and non-members if you need to book an alternate time)
- Start booking your classes & attend 3 classes per week for 6 weeks! (choose from ANY of the classes on the schedule)
- Work hard & last assessment will be in 6 weeks
- Winner will be announced the following week after the final fitness assessment
