HotBod is a fitness boot camp geared towards reaching your personal goals and making you faster, fitter, and stronger.
All classes are designed to provide you with an intense workout which contains cardio, strength training, agility training, interval training and proper stretching to prevent injury!

4 weeks/2 classes per week = 8 classes
Mondays & Wednesdays @ 3:45 - 4:45 PM
Please bring a yoga mat and a set of dumbbells. (Recommended between 5-8lbs)
