Tweak your mind when dieting!

On a diet? Dieting can be a mind game! TWEAK IT!

When you look at that piece of cake, bag of chips or a McDonalds Cheese burger & fries - instead of saying to yourself "I want that, but I can't have that," say "I COULD have that, but I DON'T want that."

Empty food like this leave you feeling fulfilled for a short amount of time. Although you feel full, in reality your body continues to starve from malnutrition which leaves you with low energy levels and a stressed metabolism.

Tell yourself you don't want it!
