My workout tips for a better butt!

1. Squats, squats and MORE squats
 One of the best exercises you can do for your butt, hips, and thighs is the squat! When coming up from your squat, push more with your heels (not your toes) and  squeeze your glutes!

2. Bridges
  This is great for the glutes and hamstrings. Even better, try one legged bridges!

 2. Lunges

 4. Step-ups
  Use a weight bench and continuously step up and down using the same leg for a set and then switch to the other leg. GREAT for the butt and quads!

 5. Do your cardio on a stairmaster (get your cardio in and workout your glutes at the same time)

  6. Cable kickbacks
     Use a cable weight machine or a resistance band and kick back one foot at a time. (standing)
