We will be doing 8 LIVE classes per week that you can jump on via ZOOM! We will also be posting all the recorded classes in this group for people to complete anytime (see schedule under photos)
YOU ALSO GET ACCESS TO HOTBOD FITNESS COMMUNITY GROUP THAT HAS OVER 200 PER-RECORDED VIDEOS (but we are keeping the groups separate so we don't get a mix of content)
✨Body Transformation Challenge✨
Our 4-week body transformation challenge is based off your 4-week results as well as your "keeping track" sheet. You must track all the classes you have done (virtual or live), how well you tracked your diet (USING MY FITNESSPAL or similar), and weigh ins. (even if your goal isn't to lose weight)
Winner will receive a prize valued at over $200
✨Weekly Strength Challenge✨
Please participate- it will be fun!! Don't worry if you aren't the best at some of the strength challenges, it's about seeing what your body can do and how you can improve <3
Winner will be announced by the Friday each week and will receive a $10 starbucks gift card - we will also be giving another $10 gift card to a random participant (so just participate and you could win)
Every Monday, Christy will do a LIVE check in at 11AM for Q&A or just to give people some motivation through the month-- and will also announce the new challenge.
Everyday (MONDAY-FRIDAY), we will post a tip in this group!
2 different recipe books that have delicious high protein recipes! These also contain MyFitnessPal scanner labels to make it easy for tracking!
